Last updated: 1 October 2026. This policy explains when you can cancel an order and get your money back. It does not affect your statutory rights.
Before licences are provisioned
You can cancel any order for a full refund at any time before we have provisioned the licences to your Microsoft tenant. Email sales@buyprokeys.com with your order number.
Subscriptions (for example Microsoft 365)
Microsoft allows new subscriptions and added licences to be cancelled or reduced within seven days of provisioning. If you ask us within that window, we will cancel the subscription and refund the unused portion that Microsoft credits. After seven days the subscription is committed for its full term and cannot be cancelled or refunded early.
Perpetual software (for example Office LTSC, Windows Server)
Perpetual licences can be cancelled for a refund within 30 days of provisioning, provided you ask us within that period. After 30 days they cannot be returned.
If something is wrong
If we provision the wrong product or quantity, or the licences do not work as described, tell us and we will correct it or refund you in full.
Consumers
Our products are intended for businesses and other organisations. If you are buying as a consumer, you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance contract. For digital content, that right ends once supply has started with your express consent, which you give when you ask us to provision licences before the 14 days have passed. Your rights if digital content is faulty or not as described are not affected.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 14 days of approval.
