Check your product and delivery details
Confirm your edition, operating system, device count and licence channel. CSP licences use your organisation’s Microsoft tenant; retail products follow their redemption instructions. Read the delivery email before starting.

Download from Microsoft
Use Microsoft’s official Windows download or Office account portal. Choose the edition that matches your licence. Keep existing documents backed up before reinstalling an operating system.

Install your software
Follow Microsoft’s installation instructions. A clean Windows installation can erase data; use the upgrade path if you intend to retain compatible apps and files.

Activate using the supplied method
For Windows 11, open Settings → System → Activation. Office may require account redemption, sign-in or your organisation’s deployment method. Follow the instructions for your exact licence.

Confirm activation
Check the activation status. If you encounter an error, email the error code, product edition and order number to our team. Do not share passwords or full product keys.
