What we collect
- Order details: name, organisation, billing address, email address, phone number, the products ordered and your Microsoft tenant domain.
- Payment details: handled by our payment provider. We do not see or store full card numbers.
- Correspondence: emails you send us and our replies.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, recorded in server logs, and essential cookies that keep your basket and session working.
Why we use it and our legal basis
- To process and provision your order and provide support: performance of a contract.
- To keep accounting and tax records: legal obligation.
- To prevent fraud and keep the site secure: legitimate interests.
- To send marketing emails, only if you have asked for them: consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Who we share it with
- Microsoft and our Microsoft-authorised distributor, to create the customer record and provision licences. Microsoft’s use of that data is covered by the Microsoft Privacy Statement.
- Our payment provider, website host and email provider, who process data on our instructions.
- Authorities, where the law requires it.
We do not sell personal data.
International transfers
Some of our suppliers may process data outside the United Kingdom. Where they do, we rely on UK adequacy regulations or appropriate safeguards such as the International Data Transfer Agreement.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as tax law requires. Enquiries that do not lead to an order are deleted after 12 months.
Cookies
We use essential cookies that are needed for the basket, checkout and sign-in to work. If we add analytics or advertising cookies we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.
Your rights
